I have had a passion for movement and teaching my whole life. My other interests include: promotion of health and wellness, psychology, kinesiology, personal growth, travel, art, and writing.

You learn something best when you teach it to someone else. Teaching helps me walk the walk, not just talk the talk.

Yoga

I have completed in 2007 my yoga teacher training with Lyne St-Roch.

Yoga is an exploration of the body through breath and movement, it liberates by freeing the mind.

My teaching emphasizes inner peace and happiness as well as a strong connection to the earth.

I blend work and play in my classes. I bring my passion for intelligent sequencing and precise alignment to all of my classes creating a challenging yet safe environment for everyone, whether you are a beginner, working with injuries, or a dedicated yogi used to a regular practice.

Pilates

I'm a fully qualified Pilates instructor. I offer private or group mat pilates courses.

The Pilates Method represents a unique approach to exercise that develops body awareness, improving and changing the body's postural and alignment habits and increasing flexibility and ease of movement.
The Pilates method of body conditioning is designed to stretch, strengthen and tone the entire body and is excellent for people of all ages and levels of physical ability. Low impact mat exercises are utilized to strengthen the body's core muscles (abdominal's, lower back, upper inner and outer thigh and buttocks) and improve overall physical conditioning and mind/body awareness.

My qualifications have been gained from Ann McMillan Pilates whom is regarded as a leading health and fitness provider within the industry in Montreal.
